Meet Roy - Certified Home Inspector

Roy is a retired Electrician with 45 years as a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He is constantly upgrading his education. Some of the recent courses he has taken are:

• Ontario Building Code Part 9 The house as a Building Structure
• Ontario Building Code Part 9 The house Health and Safety
• Home inspectors Winter workshop 2000
• Home inspectors Winter workshop 2001
• Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Defect recognition and reporting course.
• CHMC Residential Indoor Air quality training Program.
• Completed all the membership requirements of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.
• Completed all the membership requirements of Provincial Association of Certified Home inspectors.
• Completed all the membership requirements of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
• OAHI National Conference 2003
• NACHI/ECO Heritage Home of Kingston Seminar 2004

Over the years Charlotte and Roy have attended over 100 Mini Seminars in both Canada and the USA. They continue to attend these on a very regular basis.
