Who?

Roy Cooke is a licensed Electrician and has been in the Construction Industry for over 35 years. He has an in depth knowledge of most sub-trades and is familiar with most home construction and renovating techniques. He is continually taking upgrade courses to stay on top of any new features in the industry.

What is covered?

A thorough, professional visual inspection of the entire home. This includes all accessible operational components of the home; including : Roofing and chimneys, exterior surfaces and lot grading, structure and foundation, heating and cooling, plumbing and electrical, interior finishes, insulation and ventilation, and basement dampness. We also check for evidence of U.F.F.I. and wood boring insects.
 
Every client is provided with the best report system in the business and an on-sight tutorial of the inspected home, tailored to fit the individuals needs and/or concerns. All of this information is recorded in the Home Reference Book (Carson & Dunlop & Associates), which is provided to the purchaser at no extra charge at the end of the inspection.

Where?

While our phone lines are open 7 days a week, from 8am until 10 pm, we try to schedule inspections on Monday through Friday at 10am, and 2pm. Scheduling is subject to prior commitment. We provide free phone consultations before and after the inspection. We charge $399.00 for single family homes. Larger homes, and multi family dwellings are also competitively priced.
